We’re a Raglan-based Wedding Hire, Styling & Planning company with a collection of globally sourced wedding props. We also specialise in making your wedding just how you want it. Get in touch to see how we can turn that ever-growing Pinterest board into a reality. Servicing the North Island.

So, how does it work?

After you have read over our services and have a bit of idea what you require…

We meet up for coffee and chat all things weddings…

We then spend months (or weeks time dependant) working away on all the styling and planning elements of your wedding.

With the full styling package we create a 10 page “Styling Journal” in the months leading up to your wedding which is a breakdown of all the styling elements of your day from the arrival and the ceremony to cocktail hour and the reception and all the areas in between. We spend months designing, sourcing and planning to make your wedding every bit as gorgeous as you dreamed it would be.

On The Big Day

We set up the ceremony and reception areas so you or your family members or friends don’t have to be running around on the day – you can just sit back and relax have a glass of champagne and know that we have everything under control.

From setting up the ceremony chairs to setting the tables, you have time for the more important things whilst we take care of every detail.

Full Planning

INVESTMENT FROM $7500

Did you know it takes AT LEAST 500 hours to plan a wedding?!

Our Wedding Planning Services are for the couple who want to sit back and relax and know everything will be taken care of. From location scouting your dream venue to introducing you to all the best wedding vendors we take care of it all.

We design, style, set up and coordinate your whole day so you can pop the champagne knowing we have it all under control! We come onboard 12 months out to start the full planning process.

Over our 6 planning consultations we will start by location scouting potential wedding venues. We then move on the the styling elements of your day including
choosing vendors, full scope design + styling, contract reviewing, and then on the day we will have our full coordinating team to the big day without a hitch.

The full planning package includes set up, styling & pack down of both your ceremony site and reception. We design the floor plan and seating chart layout. We create a detailed wedding run sheet and timeline for the big day to ensure everything goes just the way you have dreamed it would be.

Wedding Day Management

This is perfect for those who may have booked the big vendors such as the venue and caterer, but need help pulling the rest together

Full Styling Service

INVESTMENT FROM $2800
(OUR MOST POPULAR PACKAGE)

Have a vision on your mind for your wedding but don’t know how to pull it together, or simply just don’t know where to start? Our very popular styling package takes care of the design, aesthetics and full styling of your wedding day.

We draw on your inspiration to create a design that is uniquely yours You will receive a full ‘Style Journal’ which will give you the feel of how exactly your wedding will look.

We do a quote for full costing of hire items. We suggest what pieces of hire furniture we recommend for your style of wedding and location. We can recommend florists, marquees, photographers and other suppliers & vendors who we work with regularly if you haven’t already got someone in mind or just need a little help deciding between all the amazing vendors.

On the day we will have our stylists working on the reception and ceremony location. We set up the full decorative styling of all areas at your wedding venue and will be onsite until right before the ceremony.

After the wedding we come along and dismantle all of OUR styling props at your venue. We basically pull everything together to make your day as magical and stress free as possible. This means you can enjoy the planning and experience of your big day without the stress.

The optional add on of our coordination service is also available for those who want to make sure their day is completely managed.


Full Styling Service Includes:

  • Unlimited email & phone correspondence
  • Venue visit to your reception and ceremony location
  • 3 personal styling consults
  • Styling Journal – A breakdown of all design & styling elements to be implemented at your ceremony & reception.
  • Moodboard creation
  • Furniture & decor hire consultation
  • Set up & decorative styling on the day (approx 8 hours)
  • Post wedding pack down of OUR styling props at your venue

On The Day Coordination

From $1950, or add on to styling package for $1600

For the Bride and Groom that needs someone to step in and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. We come onboard with the planning side of things a month out, touch base with all confirmed suppliers and run the day with our wedding coordination service..

Includes

  • 1 month prior, confirm full supplier list
  • Walk through of ceremony and reception areas, to discuss planned layout, logistics and styling details
  • Manage all suppliers
  • Bridal party coordination
  • Attendance of Wedding rehearsal the day before
  • Set up and full management of your day

Add on a Pack Down service for $500.

Wedding Planning Consultation

Investment from $195

  • 90 minute chat in person or via zoom
  • help with an overview of how to plan your dream day
  • a detailed follow up email outlining our points and other reccomendations
  • local vendor recommendations
