These two globetrotters returned to Scott’s hometown of Hamilton to celebrate their wedding at the stunning Zealong Tea Estate. Their vision? Classic, timeless elegance—and we embraced it wholeheartedly. Over 100 guests from across the world gathered for an emotional and heartfelt ceremony set in the lush gardens of the estate. Crisp white Chiavari chairs lined the ceremony space, facing the elegant pagoda which framed the couple beautifully. A soft white aisle runner and delicate white florals completed the look, bringing a refined and graceful atmosphere to this unforgettable celebration.

Vanessa and her bridesmaids looked absolutely stunning in their gowns purchased from overseas, and Vanessa was walked up the aisle by both her mum and dad. In keeping with the Tea Gardens, tea leaves were used as an alternative to floral confetti.

Cocktail hour unfolded just outside the venue’s main building, where guests were treated to the ultimate summer refreshment—the Duck Island Ice Cream truck! On this sun-drenched January afternoon, the vibe was relaxed and joyful as the couple popped a bottle of champagne and kicked off the celebrations with a show-stopping champagne tower, surrounded by their loved ones. It was the perfect way to set the tone for an unforgettable evening ahead.

Their reception room was made of monochrome black and white tables featuring black vases and elegant white flowers. Each table number was named after a Chinese phrase, symbolizing the time the couple had lived in Shanghai.

No detail was overlooked in this couple’s unforgettable celebration. From the powerful bridal entrance to the magical first dance and their intimate cake-cutting moment, every element was thoughtfully planned to reflect their unique love story.
