Wild flower celebration at The Glasshouse, Raglan
An intimate celebration for J + N

On a beautiful Novembers day, Janina and Nick came together with 14 of their closest family members and celebrated their love for one another. Their vision was a wildflower coastal celebration with an emphasis on a fine dining experience. We planned and styled their celebration staying true to their unique personalities and love story.
A floral ground arch framed the ceremony space, with stunning views over the Tasman and the rugged raglan coastline. A furniture and clear marquee from Twelve Tables created the intimate ceremony and reception space on the lawn of The Glasshouse.

Janina walked down the aisle to the delicate sound of a live harp, her entrance leaving not a dry eye among their guests. Their ceremony was the perfect blend of heartfelt emotion and a beautifully told love story. As newlyweds, they walked back up the aisle hand in hand, showered in confetti and love from their guests, and of course accompanied by their cute doggy Romeo.
Their cocktail hour unfolded on the deck of the Glasshouse, where guests sipped champagne from elegant crystal coupes beneath our signature Bali umbrellas. Delicious canapés, crafted by their private chef, made their way through the crowd, keeping everyone well-fed and smiling. Meanwhile, their celebrant Jon Pickford set the vibe, entertaining guests with incredible tunes and live guitar.

As guests took their seats at the beautifully styled, wildflower-inspired table, they were treated to an unforgettable three-course feast by Chef Verhees. From the delicate entrée of wild King Ora Salmon to the perfectly cooked Wagyu Beef main, and finishing with a decadent Salted Caramel Tart, it was a celebration centered around good food, connection, and joy, and what a celebration it was.
Their evening continued under the stars, with joyful dancing and the cutting of their cake. A sweet finale to a day filled with meaning. Their wedding was a beautiful reminder that a smaller guest list doesn’t mean sacrificing style or impact.
